When you enquire, book a fitting, or submit our brand enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, brand name, website or social media handles, location, and details about your project or garment, including any files you choose to upload such as tech packs, sketches, references or sample information. For made to measure and alteration clients, we also collect the measurements and garment details needed to carry out the work. When you email or message us, we keep the contents of those communications.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the site running.
